Soulful Singing Zoom Gatherings

Wendy Luella Perkins of Kingston, Ontario welcomes all voices to this inclusive, joyful and relaxed space. No previous singing experience is required and you can keep your own audio muted!

Sessions are held daily (including weekends) from 9:00 to 10:00am Eastern time as well as a Thursday meeting from 7:00 to 8:30pm.

Open Voice Prenatal Singing Course Online

This course is beautiful for all stages of pregnancy. Each session contains therapeutic vocalizations, breath work, meditation, lullabies, mantras and sacred songs to use during your birth for pain management and exercises that help to strengthen the pelvic floor and the rectus abdominis muscles. This powerful practice will help you to relax and stay balanced throughout your pregnancy, during your birth, postpartum period and beyond!
